These people are absolutely killing me! There's nothing, NOTHING in the current NDAA proposed Bill, that allows the military to do anything, ANYTHING, with citizens of the United States. I'd be willing to bet my house on the fact that Wilkow and none of the people making this up as they go have actually READ the NDAA. Sections 1031 and 1032 clear up what you people are whining about. The NDAA is specific in saying that this doesn't apply to US citizens. DOESN'T apply to US citizens!!!!! |

The loophole is there. History says that it will be used sooner or later. You MAY find out about it somewhere down the line. |

I already explained that. I know that you don't agree. But that paragraph 4 waiver could be argued - after the fact, as a half-assed legal justification - for action directed against USC/LR's. |

It's pretty difficult to argue any legal justification when the language READS that it doesn't apply to US Citizens. Seems pretty straightforward and a tad impossible to get around that... :) |
