What happened to XM Channel 166 at 2:00 pm 8-9-09 Your show went off the air ! How am I going to get the truth now ? |

I complained to XM and checked their schedule for channel 166 "America's Right" it's not listed. XM Channel 166 does not exist? I've been getting the run around from XM. Perhaps they want to control what we listen to ? |

I never called the show, but at least call, and talk to the call screener (someone on on Andrew's end) to let them know about the XM shutdown. Who knows if Rizzuto or Andrews will read this forum. Michael Savage is the guinea pig for the infrindge of freedom of speech. Wilkow and others are next. |

Seems to be affecting Sirius also. I tuned in for Hour 2 of the replay and all I am hearing is a tone -- much like the one used by the emergency broadcasting system. |

I listen to the midnight to 3am replay and the first two hours were nothing but a tone and the third hour seemed like a filler hour borrowed from the Road Dog channel. |

For the last couple of weeks my XM satellite signal has been very weak. Used to be full strenght in car and almost full at home (antenna in South facing window). Now I get less than 1/2 strength in the car and about 1/4-1/3 signal at home. I live in Chicago. Anyone else notice this around the country with poor signal the last few weeks? |

If I log in to Sirius internet radio, I can see the America Right channel and can listen to it. |

Andrew was on a rant just before 2:00pm EST on 8-9-09. It was great radio. Unfortunately he may have pushed some buttons he was on the edge of what one can broadcast without repercussions. I was waiting for him to come back after a short break and somehow the station XM 166 was off the air and a recorded message came on saying XM channel xxx would be back on later. Nothing was said specific about a problem or what have you but if you were listening just before he was shut down you might better understand why I believe it to be a form of censorship on XM's part. I might be wrong and will probably never know what happened in the next few hours of silence. |
