The Wilkow Majority » Which side is really astroturf at townhall meetings?

I found this link of Michelle Malkin's website. It is to a denver photojournalist named El Marco. It shows local REGULAR folks numbering about 200 waiting for Nancy Pelosi at a meeting. It then chronicles in photos the organized Obama supporters coming in later like a well-orchestrated military operation embedding themselves into the everyday folks - Classic! Andrew, you got to reference this! They even drug in some local day laborers to hold signs who did not even know what the signs said - as they didn't speak English. It was great to see all the patriots (of all colors by the way)holding home-made signs along side the left's printed mass-produced Pro healthcare signs and back-alley bullhorn training classes. http://www.lookingattheleft.com/2009/08/pelosi-astroturf-healthcare/

The main issue asside, I do think the hypocrisy pushed forth by alot of left-leaning media on this "astroturf" thing is a little frightening. That being said, I think the most laughable thing I heard this last week was the comment Pelosi made about seeing someone with a swastica (apparently someone had a poster with a circle and slash as in "NO" around a swastica). Now, what kind of warped perspective of history do you have to have to be supporting a nationally socialized puclic healthcare "option" and be worried that your opposition may have some affiliation with Nazism...and for anyone who missed out on the WWII chapter of their American History books that would be short in German for National Socialism. I don't think the irony gets much richer than that.
