Anyone out there following what's going on with Peter Schiff? He's an Austrian economist (and stock broker) who predicted the housing bubble burst years before it happened (Youtube: "Peter Schiff was Right"). Anyways, he's formed an exploratory committee and is trying to run on the Republican ticket in the senatorial race against Chris Dodd. He's been putting up videos lately that you can follow on Youtube or Facebook. I just think it would be interesting to actually have someone well-versed in economics in the Senate. From what I've seen Schiff say, he'll do all he can to take these "career politicians" to task for their horrible policies. |

I saw him on the "Ed Show" on MSNBC the other day...It wasn't the regular host but if I worked there, I would have been absolutely ashamed to be affiliated with what happened. |
