My favorite of all time is Yuengling Lager. Since I live in Cali, I have to settle with Karl Strauss's Woodie Gold which is close enough. What is your favorite beer?

Yuengling is def. one of my favourite. I usually go for micro brews though. Though I think I'm going to need something much stronger to erase and make the next four years go by quicker!

Yuengling is a good beer. I live in Pittsburgh and it's on tap in every bar in the area. I drink Yuengling or Miller High Life. But I like hoppy beers too. Sierra Nevada pale ale and Stone pale ale are my favorites. Dogfish 90 minute is a nice IPA (9%). Go Hoppy or Go Home!

You know, I'm very partial to Kiltlifter by Four Peaks Brewery here in AZ. But I look forward to sampling some real Scottish ales when I'm over there next month.

I'm originally from Central New York and my favorite beer is Genesee Cream Ale. No it's not the best beer in the world but the flavor brings back memories that no other brew can. I love Sam Adams and Coors Original too.

I was stationed in Germany for 2 yrs and hefeweissen is the best ever! Sam Adams and others try to replicate it but this wheat beer they make in Germany I miss terribly. Guiness stout is my favorite here in the States!

I'm with you Protectliberty, hefeweizen is my favorite style! With that said, there's so many to choose from! You are right, Sam Adams hefe is one of the worst I've had, along with Harpoon UFO.... terrible. Some of my faves are Julius Echter, Franziskaner, Weinstephaner, and Tucher. Also, Boston and Lowell Beer Works brew the Haymarket Hefeweizen which has this awesome, fresh, kinda grainy finish to it....OUTSTANDING! Some other really good unfiltered wheat beers along the hefe style.... Sebago Hefe (ME), Troegs Bros. Dreamweaver Wheat (PA), Victory Brewing Sunrise Weiss (PA). MAn, I could go on and on about so many other GREAT brews, not just hefeweizens, but I would probably be here all day.

Oh, I almost forgot... If you're ever at Disney World, go to the Boardwalk and check out Big River Grille and Brew Works, the Wowzers Wheat and Sweet Magnolia Brown Ale are a GREAT diversion from all the screaming kids. ;-)
